Delighted to announce the appointment of Ireland’s first ANP dedicated to sarcoma – Hazel Murray at St Vincent’s University Hospital. She brings a wealth of experience in oncology nursing and there is no doubt that being able to dedicate her time to enhancing and streamlining the patient experience will be invaluable.
Members of the Irish Sarcoma Group (Mr Alan Molloy, surgical oncology, Dr Charles Gillham, radiation oncology, Dr Naomi Lavan, radiation oncology and Dr Mark Doherty, medical oncology) were delighted to meet with representatives of Sarcoma Ireland this week. It is hoped that this will lead to a strong collaborative relationship, improving the service for Irish people affected by sarcoma.
